Color Scheme

Hi, guys I'm here to tell you about the colors I decided to use for my magazine.
The image above is a neon, black and white magazine. I believe this will be a good idea for my magazine because mostly everyone gets black hair and you need a color in which the black will pop off of and I believe that this neon color is going to be one of those pop colors.
